The staff were exceptionally kind, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our stay. Breakfast featured an impressive spread full of fresh fruits and homemade treats that made mornings delightful. great location near city center, high standards of cleanliness, hassle-free parking options
Water pressure in showers could use improvement!!! Small room sizes may not suit everyone!!! Steep stairs to second floor can be a nuisance for those with luggage!!! Limited guest lounge space leaves little room for relaxation!!!

I stayed for two nights with my family and we had a great time! The breakfast was truly something special, with a wide selection that included fresh baked bread and pancakes. Our room was spacious with three beds, which was perfect for us. Although the location was a bit away from the main attractions, we found it to be peaceful and just a short taxi ride to everything we wanted to experience in Galway.

We had a fantastic group vacation! The location was perfect for exploring the city, including attending the Galway Theatre Festival and visiting local shops. The breakfast was diverse, and the balcony offered a comfy spot to relax after a busy day. Highly recommended for friends traveling together!
We faced some inconvenience with the limited space in common areas, which made it tough for our group to gather comfortably.

A Fairly Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
The breakfast spread had a good variety, but the bed left much to be desired. We asked for the heat to be turned on since it was colder than expected. Interactions with staff were generally pleasant, but staff could work on privacy respect when checking out.

The breakfast offerings were impressive, with an array of fresh fruits and homemade breads, making each morning delightful. The hostess ensured we had everything we needed, including great hospitality throughout our stay. However, the location was a bit far from major attractions, requiring taxis for convenience, and the parking situation wasn't optimal during busy times. Additionally, the room's water pressure could use some improvement, which affected the shower experience.
